My wife and I were on vacation in Las Vegas June 2025 when we met  the True Vet representative D. Faggins.  Rep Faggins gathered my info to start the process. The entire process to reach my 100% rating was handled in a very professional manner and with quick response times.  It only took approximately (6) months from June to December 2025 to go from a rating of 60% to 100% P&T. True Vet Solutions approached me at a rodeo / concert. I've been stuck at 90% and I've kept getting denied by the VA for claims submitted.  True Vet Solutions started helping in November of 2025, and by mid January 2026 I received an email from the VA. I opened the decision letter thinking I was denied again. But I was wrong, I was pleasantly surprised to see the VA adjusted my rating ny 10% for one of my prior disabilities increasing my rating to 100%.
